Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Because our clothing is made to order, each return request will be reviewed to determine whether the item qualifies for return. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
In the case of damage, loose stitching, or poor print quality, please contact us right away.
For such defects, we ask that you take clear photos of the issue and email them to us for evaluation.

14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
