Creating clothing with high-quality prints takes time. All our printed garments are made to order, especially for you. As a result, it may take a little longer before your shirt or other clothing items are delivered.
Below you will find an overview of our shipping policy.
Production Time

Printing a garment takes approximately 5 business days.

After production, the item is carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Shipping is automatically arranged and processed as a parcel from our production facility.

The standard delivery time is 5 to 10 days, in addition to the production time.

For special requests, such as express delivery, please contact VMC Creative Studio in advance.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout and order confirmation process.

Please note that your ordered products may be produced in a different country than your country of residence, which may occasionally cause delivery delays.

After placing your order, you will receive an email notification informing you that tracking information will become available once your package has been registered with the carrier.

A tracking number will be provided once the carrier has accepted the package.

Your package will be delivered to the address you provided.

Please note: Orders placed during public holidays may experience delays due to increased shipping volumes.

Orders can be placed during weekends; however, production will begin on the first business day after the weekend, once the order is being processed.
Returns

If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

In the event of damage, loose stitching, or poor print quality, please contact us immediately.

Because our clothing is made to order, returns are not possible. Please carefully check sizing before placing your order.

If a shipment is returned to the sender during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. A replacement order can be placed or a refund may be issued.

In case of defects, we kindly ask you to take photos of the issue and email them to us for evaluation.
